Outsourcing and Managed Services



 
Outsourcing and Managed Services is one of the most successful areas of our company's activities. We have extensive experience in this area, and the management of all our services is based upon ITIL best practices.
Our offer is based on a concept where the Service Desk is the kernel around which additional services rotate. We currently provide the following main types of services.
  • Management Consultancy: More than 30 000 people worldwide are using ITIL-based support structures and services that we have advised on, as well as successfully designed and implemented. Many of these services have since been outsourced to INTRASOFT International S.A. on a fixed price base.
  • IT Support: We are involved in many and various areas of IT support. Within Application Support, we support European users with technical and business queries. Over the years, we have trained many people in the use of different business-critical applications, generating high levels of satisfaction from the participating trainees within the training area. Over 85% of the participants evaluated this service as being 'very good' or 'excellent'. INTRASOFT International S.A. also delivers service team management and local user support. System administration, technical support of specific products, and even local or central logistic services are some of the services that we offer.
  • Network Support Services: Within this field, INTRASOFT International S.A. currently manages the IT infrastructure for more than 40 000 users in a number of European countries, undertakes troubleshooting operations on a daily basis, and carries out all installations and maintenance of network cables and active network equipment. These activities are based on strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), thereby assuring preventative measures. Furthermore, we offer our customers a fully operational service 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a response times of less than 1 hour for interventions; we provide disaster recovery and contingency plans with experienced teams of cabling technicians, and data and telephony engineers.
