Our History

INTRASOFT International S.A. is a leading European company in the area of Information and Communication Technology Services. We have a broad portfolio of activities addressing a wide range of international and national public and private organisations.

As a subsidiary of INTRACOM IT SERVICES (www.intracom.com), INTRASOFT International was established in October 1996 to better serve Western Europe. Since then INTRASOFT International has achieved impressive organic growth. Consolidated organic revenue in 2009 reached EUR 82.77 million (2008: EUR 71.64 million) with EBIT (Earnings Before Interest & Tax) of EUR 5.6 million (2008: EUR 4.9 million), representing over 70% CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) for the last 4 financial years of operation. It is represented by four main operational branches in Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg and Romania, and has long-standing contracts in Germany, Spain, the UK, most other EU Member States, and countries in Asia.

Our work covers all facets of customs requirements, including the provision of technical expertise, computerisation of customs processes to reflect National and Regional (EU and ASEAN) needs taking into account International standards (WCO, SAFE, etc).

INTRASOFT International has also been appraised with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CCMI) (level 2).

At the end of 2009, INTRASOFT International had more than 700 employees working in Belgium, Luxembourg, Athens and Romania, 24% of which have postgraduate degrees, representing 20 different nationalities and mastering more than 15 languages.
