Support Services and Application Management

The expertise of INTRASOFT International S.A. in user support currently covers several user communities (3,000-7,000 users) and spans across all aspects of the field: technical help desk, in depth technical assistance and troubleshooting, installations and migrations, application customisation and support. With an important know-how on modern Service Desk Management Systems, based on various best practices in the field (i.e. ITIL), we are able not only to resolve the problems of the users and see that operations run smoothly, but also take preventive action, analyse deep and complex problems, find the root-cause and propose long-term improvements and solutions.
